Jessica Hakimian

Jessica is the Broker/Owner of Coastal Realty Advisors/Coastal Realty Management and the managing member of Coastal RM Holding LLC. Jessica’s success in real estate sales and investments over the last 20 years has elevated her career beyond traditional real estate. Her wealth of experience in real estate investments, business development, and residential real estate sales and management is unparalleled. Her strategic planning and experience add value to every transaction.

Jessica began her career in city redevelopment and moved on to the private sector working for a consulting firm serving city, county, and state agencies as a Senior Analyst. In 2006 Jessica became a California licensed real estate broker and began her real estate career in commercial real estate with Sperry Van Ness in Irvine, California. From there Jessica started her own company and had the opportunity to run a small real estate investment fund. Jessica is now excited to be building the Coastal Realty Advisors brand in the coastal cities of Orange County, offering our clients not just our services and expertise, but also our dedication and passion in the areas of real estate sales, investment, and design.

Jessica is a Broker, Realtor, and member of the California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors®. Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of La Verne, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In addition to real estate, Jessica is passionate about being the wife to an amazing husband and the mother to three rambunctious boys that are the light of her life. It is important for Jessica to model for her boys that anything worth accomplishing requires hard work and dedication. It is not just success we seek in our endeavors, but being responsible to ourselves and others in all we do to act with and inspire integrity, caring for one another, and motivating each other to do and be our best.
